External Launcher Update

This update adds in support for external launchers. You can now use the WeMod Launcher with games outside of Steam. Here is a Lutris example: first start the wine game you like to use and close it, right after you will also have to open the game settings of the wine game. Then you have to add /home/$USER/wemod-launcher/wemod, under System Options in the field Command Prefix. Also, if you use a wine runner like GE-Wine you will have to create a version file. To do this, go to the tab Game Options and copy the wineprefix line. Next open the copied path in your file manager. Lastly, create a file named version in that wineprefix folder, that includes the wine version that you are using. For example if you use Ge-Wine8.26 then that is exactly what you add to the file named version. Then just click play.
